Srinagar July 25: According to the notification, issued by Secretary, J&K Legislative Council, the 101st session of the Legislative Council will commence from July 27, 2009 and September 1, 2009 would be the last day of the business of the house.
There would be Government Business on July, 27, 29 and Sep 1, 2009, and on August 3,7,20, and 31 the private members resolution would be taken up, the notification says.
The Annual Financial Statement of Expenditure for 2009-2010 would be presented on August 10 and the general discussion on budget would be held on August 12 and 17. On August 18 there would be general discussion on budget and reply , while as on August 24 , 26 and 28 working of ministries would be taken up besides Appropriation Bills on August 29, the notification adds.
