| Jora conclude extension tour of ‘Khalsi’ sub division | | |

Leh, July 26: A three day extension tour of far flung areas of Khalsi sub division by the minister for tourism and culture Nawang Regzine Jora concluded yesterday.
During the last leg of his tour, Jora visited Nubru Taar, Uletokpo Rezong Garia Alci, hemisshukpa-chhan, Yarginging Saspochay and Lakir village and met the people and presented him their demands to which minister gave patiently hearing and assured them that their demands would be looked into. Speaking to the gathering at different villages Nawang said that every effort will be made to accommodate public as well as promptly address their grievances. For better medicare facilities to the people he said that focused attention would be accorded to the health sector in Leh district so that people are not deprived of this basic amenity. Others who accompanied the minister included additional deputy commissioner, Leh Mohd Hanif, superintending engineer, PWD, Ali Raza, SDM Khalsi etc.
