| Unemployed Engineers demand absorption as Rehber-e-Tamirat | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 27
Unemployed Engineer who are on protest dharna outside Divisional Commissioner Office for the last 880 days have appealed the MLAs to raise their long pending demands on the floor of the house.
The unemployed engineers have been demanding their absorption on Rehber-e-Talim pattern.
Ajay Kumar, chairman, All J&K Unemployed Engineers Association said that the members of unemployed Engineers association are sitting on dharna since April 2007 for adjustment as Rehbar-e-Tamirat (Engineers) but nothing has been done so far to mitigate their demands.
‘A Sub -Committee was also constituted by the previous Government to address the issue but the out come still it all into vain”, he added.
The association appealed the CM to fulfill promise made with them before elections.
