| Sim, memory card recovered from two people at Chakanda bagh | | 86 switch sides along the LoC | | Early Times Report Srinagar, July 27: 86 people travelled across the Line of Control on Monday from Chakanda bagh in Poonch area of the state, police sources told Press Bureau of India. Meanwhile, authorities recovered a SIM and a memory card from two people who crossed over to this side to meet their relatives. Sources told PBI that 45 people crossed over to Pakistan Administered Kashmir, PaK. Out of these five men crossed over to meet their relatives across the LoC while as 40 people returned back after staying over in Poonch region to meet their relatives. 41 people crossed over to this side early morning as the bus carrying them reached Chakanda Bagh. Sources said that 20 visitors arrived to meet their relatives while as 21 returned back to their native place after spending time with their relatives at PaK. Meanwhile, authorities recovered a SIM card of a Pakistani telecom company from Mohammad Rashid son of Makhan Khan of Mirpur PaK. Rashid had come to meet his relatives in Poonch. Authorities also recovered a 1 GB memory card from Mohammad Azam Khan son of Salha Khan of Gujranwala Pakistan. Police sources told PBI that both the persons were allowed to meet their relatives however, the recoveries made from them have been sent for examination. (PBI) Quake shakes valley Srinagar: A moderate intensity earthquake shook Srinagar and other parts of the Kashmir valley on Monday morning. Reports reaching Press Bureau of India said that the 5.0 magnitude tremor was felt at 1154 hours across many parts of the valley on Monday. A meteorological department official told Press Bureau of India that the epicenter of the quake was in Afghanistan's Hindu Kush region, located at 34.8 degrees North Latitude and 73.1degrees East Longitude. The tremor lasted for a few seconds .However, no report of any damage or casualty was received from anywhere, the official added.
