Migrant employees’ coordination committee under the chairmanship ofA.K.Sadhu hold meeting and discussed the scenario created by filling up of SLP by the state Government in the Supreme Court of India.
Sadhu expressed the resentment and ridiculed the Government for making false promise to the Migrant Employees for releasing the HRA CCA during the election campaign. The double standard in the administration have been exposed by filling SLP in the Hon’ble Supreme Court .It is strange that finance minister could not keep his promise after the division bench judgment the government will release HRA CCA. But the finance minister has made the sufferers the victim of his uncalled wrath for. By filling the SLP in the supreme court by the J&K government against the single bench judgment dated 23.09.2002 by the division bench of high court dated 26.02.2009 exposes real face of the state government against the miniscule Kashmiri Hindu Minorities.
He assured all the migrant employees that migrant employee’s coordination committee shall leave no stone unturned with the help of all the migrant employee to expose the discriminatory policy of the state government. This is time when such biased attitude of the state government needs to be restricted .It is the matter of self respect, existence and survival for the Migrant Employees .The coordination committee appealed all the like minded people and the community leadership to rise to the occasion and fight against the biased attitude of the state government on all fronts.
Other people who spoke on the burning issue in the meeting were Mr. T.K. Koul, Mr. Nehru, Mr. Bhushan Lal, Mr. Manwatee, Mr. Moti Lal, Mr. P.l.Koul, Dr. Kaw and Dr.Tickoo.
