| Harshdev asks NC-PDP to spare assembly , settle scores outside | | | Early Times Report Jammu, July 30 Panthers Party has blamed the Congress, the National Conference and the PDP for blocking proceedings in the Assembly which could help the state in resolving peoples' problems and thus they should settle their scores outside the assembly. The vice chairman of the Panthers Party,Harsh Dev Singh, today said that the basic purpose of his demand for separate legislature for the Jammu region was to get various problems sorted out. Justifying his suggestion of separate assembly, NPP leader said if we have a separate Assembly we will not raise issues that will block discussion but highlight issues pertaining to electricity, drinking water, regional discrimination, road connectivity and unemployment. Harsh Dev said that since July 27 not a single issue was debated and discussed on the floor of the Assembly because the PDP and the National Conference remained engaged in a "bull fight.” He exhorted the NC and PDP leaders instead of resorting to mud slinging game the PDP and National Conference members should wait for the inquiry and allow proper debate and discussion to be held in the House. The Panthers Party leader Harsh Dev Singh also underlined that both the NC and the PDP need to settle their scores outside the state Legislature and stop wasting the time of the House.
