| JMC hold meeting of finance, Planning standing committee | | | Early Times Report

The Jammu Municipal corporation (JMC) members of finance and planning standing committee in a meeting have decided that tenders for advertisement rights shall he allotted again for allotment of contracts for four years. Dy. Mayour of JMC Dharam Vir Singh Jamwal who chaired the meeting said, that two small four wheelers vehicles of Tata brands will be purchased for cleaning of septic tank and cleaning charges will be Rs.800 instead of Rs.1000 at present per trip. It was also decided that Chief revenue officer will visit spots and will get roof top hoarding removed by taking the assistance of police.
The meeting was told that more street lights will be distributed among the councilors for installation in their respective words. To find out feasibility for opening of an coffee house on circular road a team of officers along with members of the committee will tour the area and will give its report.
The members who attend the meeting were Shuk Chander Verma, Tilakroj, Rajesh Gupta, Chamanlal Bhagat, Ashok Dogra, JMC commissioner and Jt Commissioners etc.
