| Challan presented against former DD Employment | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 31- Upon presentation of challan by the Crime Branch against Ex-Deputy Director Employment Kathua Rashid Shah u/s 420-B RPC r/w section 5(2) PC Act 2006, the Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu BL Bhat directed the accused to furnish bail bond and personal bond to the tune of Rs 20,000 failing which he be sent to judicial lock. The accused however, furnished the requisite bonds as per the direction of the Court.
The accused during his posting as deputy director employment Kathua, had collected thousands of rupees from the unemployed youth on the assurance that he will arrange Government service for them. He neither arranged the job nor returned the money collected from six complaints which stood at Rs 95000. After completion of the investigation challan was presented in the Anti Corruption Court today. JNF
