| Daylight shootout in Satwari | | | Early Times Report Jammu, July 31: One person received critical injuries in a shoot out that occurred in a broad day light in one of the busiest area of Jammu today. Shooters after firing escaped from the spot while as police have seized the vehicle used for the purpose near Peerbaba, Satwari. Dinesh Kumar alias Raja alias DC son of Sham Lal resident of Narwal Pain, Satwari who is also a hardcore criminal and is a member of Sunny gang was riding a motorcycle bearing registration number JK02AH,7828 when he was hit by a car bearing registration number JK028,1205.The motorcycle slipped beneath a tanker coming from opposite side. Soon 4 persons put off from car and started resorted to firing on and in the ensuing firing Dinesh received bullet in his leg, while second bullet gave minor injuries to his shoulder. Rest of the bullets hit to tanker that was stopped by driver. The driver sensing panic hid inside the tanker and saved himself, while Dinesh jumped into the canal.Shooters after firing escaped from the spot. Identification of the 3 has been established as Killer,Baban ,Sanju alias Sanshu and Ranji .All the 3 shooters are most wanted and belong to Khalistan Zindabad force. During investigation police came to know that the car number was fake as the number is with the Telex car of and Xen,Kathua.Police has sent engine number and chasis number of the vehicle to RTO Jammu for verification. Where as SSP Jammu Manohar Singh when contacted informed that Dinesh is also their companion and used to sell the weapons to them. He further informed that police teams have been fanned out to arrest them. Pertinent to mention here that barely two days ago Gandhi Nagar police arrested the most wanted criminal identified as Koushal alias Kashu from Nai Basti area with loaded revolver. The latter was going to kill his rivals when police arrested him. Police also arrested another most wanted criminal identified Sunny from Srinagar whose interrogation is on in Gandhi Nagar police station.
