Jammu, Aug 4-National Student Union leaders have condemned the callous attitude of Jammu University authorities towards implementation of the sixth pay commission to the non teaching staff of the University..
Addressing the media persons here today, Sushant Gupta (General Secretary), said that the pen down and tool down strike by the non-teaching staff, has affected the students future as all the examination are getting postponed.
He said already the students got their session delayed due to the last year bandhs. And now this strike by non-teaching staff is causing unrest among the students. He said engineering students are the worst sufferers as their examination has been delayed by six months.
He urged the University authorities to rise to the occasion and accept the genuine demand on the non teaching staff.
