| Arrangements for pracheen cave annual Yatra, festival finalized | | | Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, AUGUST 04- The arrangements for festival and Annual Yatra at the pracheen cave of Lord Amarnathji at Thajiwara (Bijbehara) have been finalized. The festival will be held at Thajiwara (Bijbehara) on August 06, 2009, under the auspices of Devasthan Prabandak Committee, Bijbehara.
The Annual Pooja Archana will start on August 05 in the evening at Shrine complex. Darshan of Lord Amarnathji will continue for the whole day soon after the inauguration of re-constructed temple on August 06.
It is worth mentioning that pracheen cave of Lord Amarnathji is one of the most prominent Dharmic Shrines of the valley. This Asthapan is believed to be inseparable part of holy cave of Swami Amarnathji, which has similar religious importance.
It is in this background that the holy cave of Thajiwara (Bijbehara) has been attracting devotees since times immemorial for spiritual solace.
