| HC directs respondents to allow petitioners to appear in counseling | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 04- Justice Virender Gupta of Jammu and Kashmir High Court today directed the respondents to allow the petitioners, who have been selected for BE Course in NIT Srinagar and Shri Mata Vaishnodevi University Jammu, to appear in the fifth round of counseling.
The Court made it clear that if for any reason the petitioners are not subjected to counseling on the pretext that counseling is due in near future, then by all means they shall be allowed to appear in the counseling in the next round positively and directed the respondents to comply after two weeks.
