Srinagar, August 4: In second round of major reshuffle, the state Cabinet, which met today in Srinagar under chairmanship of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, affected key changes in the civil administration and notable among them included recall of Bharat Bhushan Vyas from Raj Bhawan.
According to an order issued this evening, BB Vyas, Principal Secretary to Governor has been transferred and asked to report to the GAD for further posting. However, he will report to the GAD after completion of Shri Amarnathji Yatra including necessary winding up of operations, if any.
Raj Kumar Goyal, awaiting orders of posting has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to the Governor. He will also hold the additional charge of Chief Executive Officer of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board and Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board.
Farooq Ahmad Peer, Secretary in Home Department has been transferred and posted as Secretary to Government, Labour and Employment Department.
M. K. Dwivedi, Additional Chief Executive Officer of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Jammu.
