| 11 new SRTC buses hit Doda roads | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
DODA, AUGUST 05 (INFO) - The District Development Commissioner, Doda, Syed Sharief-ud-Din inaugurated 11 new 32 seated Jammu and Kashmir State Road Transport Corporation Buses which reached Doda today. These Buses were dispatched from Jammu to Doda for plying on various routes of the District.
These new 32 seated Buses of JKSRTC have been allotted to Doda as per the assurance of the Chief Minister Mr. Omar Abdullah.
Speaking on the occasion the DDC Doda said that these Buses will certainly help to curtail the number of mishaps and overloading, besides provide hassle free transport facility to each and every motor able road.
All the District and Sectoral officers of the District, GM JKSRTC Mr. Mohd. Yousuf and Incharge workshop staff were present on the occasion besides a large number of prominent citizens also attended the inauguration. The people of the area appreciated the step taken by the Government and thanked Chief Minister for their fulfilling promise.
