EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Aug 5: A 71-member strong contingent of Sainik School Nagrota today left for participation in the North Zone Sports Festival being hosted by Sainik School Kunjpura in Haryana from August seven.
Comprised of different teams, the contingent shall take part in team events of basketball, volleyball, hockey and football as also cultural activities, debate, quiz and drama.
The contingent was flagged off by Principal of the School, Group Captain, Ajay Kumar in the presence of Registrar, Major Sunil Pandita, House Masters and Hostel Superintendents in the morning.
The Chief De Mission of the contingent is S Rajagopalan, PGT, English. Coaches accompanying the teams are S K Dhasmana, TGT Maths; Sakil-ur-Rehman, TGT, Urdu; CHM Randeep Kumar, PTI.
TEAMS: FOOTBALL JUNIORS: Mohd Ali, Jigmet Namgyal Delex Namgyal, Tsering Angchuk, Deepak Kumar, Sajid Ali, Rubal Charak, Deepak Kumar , Jigmet Wangchuk, Thinless Nurboo, Anil Sharma, Shubam Sadotra, Rohitash Nag, Aman Kumar, Prince Kumar and Uma Kant.
