| Army organizes 2-day free medical camp at Surinsar | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 06- As a part of ongoing Operation Sadbhavana Project, the Tiger Division organized a 2-day medical camp at Surinsar village of Jammu district today. The camp was inaugurated by Officiating Commander 26 Arty Brigade.
The camp provided free medical facilities for eye, ENT, medical, surgical, gynecology and dental check ups along with display of health education videos. A fully functional pathology laboratory was also established. The function was attended by military and civil dignitaries including officials from the local civil administration. The camp drew a large crowd and was a great success. It was reassuring to see the amount of faith the local populace has in the Army and its welfare activities.
A large number of ex servicemen and approximate strength of 1500 civilians attended the camp. The medical camp was a grand success in terms of humanitarian assistance by Army to the local.
