| One died one injured in Kacha house collapse . | | | Early Times Report

one person was died while his wife receives critical injury when their house collapsed in Thayal village in Tehsil Majalta .Meanwhile Local people alleged that victim died due to absence of doctors in PHC Majalta as there was no one to provide emergent medical treatment .
According to reports owner of the house identified as 62 years Shakti Dutt S/o Naryan Dutt R/O village Thayal along with his wife was performing Puja when house collapse and both came under debri . Both the injured were shifted to near by Primary Health Center (PHC) by neighborers where victim Shakti Dutt died later while condition of his wife was out of danger .Meanwhile Local resident alleged absence of doctors and timely treatment to victim cause for his death . Advocate Shusheel Kumar alleged three Doctors are posted in PHC Majalta but on fateful night not even single Doctor was available on duty which proved fatal for Shakti and he died in mid night. Kumar further alleged that despite local people informed concern BMO but he also did not serious cognizance of the issue but made lame excuses for one or other reason to cover up the shortfall. It was informed only one lady Doctor come in PHC by morning hours but by that time Victim had lost his breath.
However irked local people and members of the aggrieved family brought up the matter into the knowledge of Tehsildar Sapna Kotwal who along with naib Tehsildar Madan Lal Sharma and Sho visited spot and assured action aginst aginst those shown laxity at the part of their duty
urged him to initiate through probe in death of Shakti Dutt and do punish erring staff of PHC also. However local registered the case and launched the investigation.
