Kite thread claim of one while injured another in two different incidents in Udhampur..
According to reports one 15 years old boy died that time when his throat was cut by a kite thread near trikuta ice factory .
Reports said that teenager boy identified as 15 years Harsheel Kalotra S/O Attar Chand R/O Udhampur was on way to his home with her grand father on two wheeler and when he reached near trikuta ice factory a kite thread cut his throat . Boy lost his control and fell on the road bleeding profusely. The grandfather of boy with the help of passers by shifted victim to hospital immeaditively but doctors pronounced him brought dead . Meanwhile doctors after conducting postmortem handed over the dead body to his family members to perform last rites. However police registered the case and launched the investigation.
