| SDM constitute committee to check rate lists of essential commodities | | |
KISHTWAR, SEPTEMBER 28 - In order to ensure regular availability of ration, kerosene oil and LPG cylinders, a committee comprising of Tehsildar Kishtwar, Assistant Director CA&PD, SDPO and Food Inspector of Municipal Committee Kishtwar has been constituted by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kishtwar for regularly checking the dealer shops/ ration depots and ensure that all the dealers and depots have displayed rationees list and rate lists outside their shops and are distributing the ration properly. The committee will submit weekly report to the SDM and suitable action shall be initiated against shopkeepers, dealers found indulging in unscrupulous practices.
Meanwhile the SDM convened the meeting of all the Presidents of Fruits and Vegetable sellers Association, butchers association and Beopar Mandal who were directed to submit rate lists as fixed and be sent to the respective presidents for circulation. They are required to ensure display of these rate lists outside their shops. |
