| SEX SCANDAL: HIGH COURT RESERVES ORDER ON TRANSFER OF TRIAL FROM SRINAGAR TO JAMMU | | | Jammu, July 17: Jammu and Kashmir High Court on Monday reserved order in the high profile Srinagar sex scandal case related to transfer of trial from Srinagar to any other competent court of parallel jurisdiction in Jammu.
The order was reserved by Justice YP Nargotra after hearing arguments of the battery of lawyers who appeared on behalf of five accused in the case.
It may be mentioned that a criminal transfer petition seeking transfer of criminal challan from Sringar to Jammu was filed by the five accused in the Jammu High court during last week |
