| MS Sabha condemn ban on inter distt. recruitment | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 9: All J&K Mahasha Sadar (MS) Sabha have totally condemned the decision of select committee recommending ban on inter district recruitment. Addressing the media persons president MS Sabha, Bansilal Nagrota said that decision taken by the select committee with regard to ban on inter district recruitment is unconstitutional, arbitary, anti SC/ST/OBC, anti-Jammu and violating fundamental rights of the consituttion. He appealed to the govt to continue with the inter-district recruitment policy or alternatively exempt the reserve category from the proposed ban and in case the same is not possible then reservation should be provided to the reserved category as per the population in the district. President said that in case the proposed bill is not withdrawn before its passing in the state assembly it will have serious repercussion across the state for which all the dalit people will be constrained to come on the road openly for getting the justice, he also appealed to all the sitting MLA/MLC including SC/ST members to oppose the bill as and when is moved by the select committee in the state assembly as the same is detrimental to prospects of the youth in general and SC/ST/OBC in particular. The president assured full support to the central university Andolan Samiti (CUAS) who has been struggling with regard to establishment of central university at Jammu. Prominent among those who participate in the press conference included Vijay Kumar Mangotra (chairman, All J&K MSS), M.D. Dardi (Vice Chairman Guru Nabha Dass Trust), Girdhari Lal Lakhnotra (Sr Vice-President), N.D. Rajval (general secretary), Guru Nabha Dass, etc.
