| JMC removes hoardings, banners from public places | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 10: The Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) is going to initiate strict action against the agencies who are violating the provisions of J&K prevention of defacement of public property act 1985 as well as provisions of J&K municipal corporation act 2000. JMC has issued notice to all the concerned and directing them to erase the advertise displayed on the walls within a week.
Besides this, while continuing the drive, the revenue staff led by Charan Deep Singh, Chief Revenue Officer, JMC carried out a drive for removing unauthorized hoardings, banners and KIOSKS found on public places were removed and two truck loads of materials have been seized.
