FIRST BATCH OF PASSENGERS CROSSED LINE OF CONTROL IN POONCH FOLLOWING BREAK DOWN OF TALKS BETWEEN INDIA- PAK

Poonch,July 17: The third batch of 80 passengers crossed line of control via Poonch- Rawalakote under tight security arrangements on Monday afternoon to meet their loved ones separated decades ago.

As per the available details, a batch of 49 passengers crossed Line of control from Indian side while 31 passengers arrived here from Pakistan occupied Kashmir.

Sources said 19 new passengers accompanied 30 POK residents and crossed line of control from Indian side while 14 new passengers arrived from Pakistan occupied kashmir and 17 went back home after staying here for fifteen days,sources confirmed.
