Jammu, Aug 13: Romesh Chander son of Kaka Ram resident of Rehari has been awarded Sr. Fellowship in the field of folk song (folk/traditional and indigenous art) by the ministry of culture govt. of India. He has worked on the topic folk songs of dogri culture under the guidance of renowned writer/ director Parveen Kesar and dogra Haresh Kaila Guru, music composer Gr-I and president Navi Dogri Sanstha, Jammu.
