Jammu, Aug 14: Kartar Public School at Barnoti, celeb4rated Independence Day. S. Manmeet Singh Amn, founder Trustee, Ranjit Educational Trust Jammu was the Chief Guest. Speaking on the occasion, Manmeet Singh Amn, congratulated the Schol Staff, Students, Management and the parents on the eve of Independence Day. Emphasizing on the importance of Independence day, he said that India got Independence after long struggle and sacrifices. Referring the great sacrifice of Late Kartar Singh, who sacrificed his life for the nation and many of army soldiers like Kartar Singh saved the lives of Indians who were caught in trouble during the partition. He complimented the participating students, teachers, principal and Chairman of the Kartar Educational Trust, Kathua for organizing such an impressive program.
S. Rangit Singh Amn, Chairman, RET, Jammu, while delivering his presidential address, appreciated the little participats, in particular and the whole team of the school children and staff who successfully organized cultural program in which patriotic songs, action songs depicting the importance of Janam Ashthami and also portraying the life of Shri Krishna were highly applauded by the audience also. He also impressed upon the students community to follow the path of the great leaders and Martyrs who lived and sacrificed their lives for the country.
