| Shiv Sena protest against price hike | | |
JAMMU SEPT-28- Shiv Sena activists under the leadership of its General Secretary Ashok Gupta today took out a protest demonstration against steep hike in the prices of essential commodities especially during Navratras and holy Ramadan.
The procession passed through Rani Park, Raj Tilak road and Shalimar and concluded at City chowk.
Addressing the gathering, Sharma strongly criticized the government of its failure in keeping the prices under check and assailed JMC for its failure in controlling the menace of adulteration.
Gupta has stressed the need for immediate action by the department concerned against those found indulging in black marketing and profiteering
