| SFC issues notices to 29 defaulting unit holders | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 16 – The State Financial Corporation (SFC) has issued notices to 29 defaulting unit holders while as publication notice has been served to 13 unit holders for recovery of dues.
This was revealed at a meeting convened here today to review the recovery position of the Corporation. Managing Director of the Corporation R K Kaul chaired the meeting.
It was revealed in the meeting that an amount of Rs.345.53 lakhs has been recovered by the Corporation during the first four months of the current fiscal, of which Rs.100 lakhs have been recovered from Jammu Division.
Addressing the meeting the MD impressed upon the officers to maximize the recoveries and to give no leeway to the defaulters. He also issued instructions to the Chief Manager (Legal) to follow up the legal cases with the Legal Advisors of the Corporation more vigorously for early disposal of cases.
The Managing Director called upon the officers to put in their best efforts not only to realize the targets fixed for them but to exceed them too. He said the performance of every official of the Corporation is being evaluated vis-a-vis the bench marks fixed and the employees not coming up to the mark would be held accountable.
