| Workshop for aspiring KAS candidates held | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 16- SR College of Competitions today held a workshop- cum- seminar for the aspirants appearing for KAS Mains examination.
A panel of experts from Delhi guided the students on various aspects of the examination with special attention on forthcoming Mains examination and interview of J&K Public Service Commission.
In this four-hour lecture session, followed by the question-answer, about 400 students were guided by the experts.
Abani K Dash, Director Kalinga and senior faculty RAUS IAS New Delhi and expert in Economics, discussed current economic scenario in the country and in the-subcontinent. D P Mohanty, faculty Geography also shared his views with the students on Geography.
Director Achievers, New Delhi, K Shivesh and N B Vidhya, Director Sky Light Institute, New Delhi gave a detailed presentation about appearing in the examination and keeping in mind the time limit.
Later, Director S R College of Competitions, organizer of the workshop, Parveen K Sharma expressed his thanks to the visiting faculty and students attending the seminar.
