| RBHS felicitates cartoonist ‘Rana’ | | | Early times Report
Jammu, Aug 16: On the occasion of 63rd Independence function the Raghunath Bazar heritage society felicitated renowned cartoonist of the state, chief guest member parliament, Madan Lal Sharma presented Rana a shawl as token of love and respect.
Flight lt. retd (Air Force) Gobind Singh Rana, VSM who is widely known for his art of cartoonist. Rana after retiring from Air Force on 2004 joined local daily Early Times and proved his worth through his art by raising various issues pertaining to common masses.
Sharma while talking on the occasion lauded the contribution of Rana and insisted upon him to carry forward his mission through his artistic work. Rana extend gratitude to the Raghunath Bazar heritage society for felicitating ceremony.
