Jammu, Aug 17: Medical employees federation and medical employees association on a meeting have fully endorsed the strike call given by the govt. employees joint consultative committee on August 19 and 20.
As per press release that the emergency service staff deployed for swine-flu duty have been exempted from the purview of the strike in the interest of common people. The meeting was jointly addressed by Pardeep Sharma and Sushil Sudan.
Among others present in the meeting were Farooq Qaser, Koushal Kumari, Vinod Sharma, Davinder Rathore, Bishan Verma, Jarnail Singh, Ashok Kumar, Pawanjeet Kour, Yatooma Bibi, S.K. Dutta, Sudesh Rana, Ashok Manhas, Kamaljeet Sahney and C.L. Koul.
