SRINAGAR, AUGUST 19- Following written complaint by MLC Syed Rafiq Shah, for not according due protocol to him at the venue of Independence Day by district administration, Kupwara, the Deputy Chairman, J&K Legislative Council, Mr. Arvinder Singh Micky today referred the matter to the Privilege Committee of the House for appropriate action.
