JAMMU, AUGUST 20 -On the directions of Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, Mr. Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, the Chief Education Officer, Jammu, Mr. Suresh Sharma along with its team today visited various schools of Jammu district and distributed cash awards and certificates among the 1341 students who participated in 63rd Independence Day celebrations.
For the encouragement of participants, a cash award of Rs. one lakh was announced by Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Tara Chand on Independence Day at a function held at Mini Stadium, Parade Ground.
