Jammu, Aug 21: Rich tributes were paid to late Bashir Ahmad Kitchloo ex. Minister on death anniversary by the activists of national conference of district Jammu urban here today.
District president Rajesh Bakshi described late Kitchloo as a visionary leader who gave new direction to the state and a dynamic leader with unparallel qualities who was always ready to help the needy and down trodden people of the state irrespective of caste creed and colour.
