Jammu , Aug 23 Police seized over 14-kgs of charas from a car on Jammu - Srinagar national highway in Samba district, police officials said.
On a specific information about a consignment of charas being smuggled out from Jammu and Kashmir to Punjab, police intercepted a car on highway at Sapwal, around 50 km from here, in the district last night and recovered 14.5 kgs of charas from it, they said.
