| Malik reviews introduction of new subjects in colleges | | |

Jammu, Aug 23: The minister for higher education, Abdul Gani Malik chaired the meeting of college principals and discussed in details about that on-going works in various colleges in the region, and introduction of additional subject in the colleges and the problems which required immediate action.
Minister in the meeting stressed on co-ordination between various agencies for implementation of various works. He said new subjects will be introduced and favoured initiating a basic computer course alongwith networking for the under-graduate students to equip them with this knowledge to meet global challenges. The meeting among others was attended by spl. Secretary to higher and technical education, Parvez Malik, director colleges Dr. N.D. Wani chief engineer PWD, managing director JAPEE and NBCC etc.
