TADA Court exempts Yain Malik, Wajahat from personal appearance

Jammu, Aug 24- Presiding Officer TADA Court Jammu exempted JKLF Supremo Mohammed Yasin Malik and Wajahat Bashir from their personal appearance in the Court today. However, all other accused, involved in kidnapping of Rubiya Sayed and killing of army personnel, were present in the court today.
Advocate Yogesh Bakshi had filed applications seeking exemption for JKLF Supremo Mohammed Yaseen Malik on the ground that he was busy in marriage and Wajahat Bashir on health ground.
The Court directed the counsel for both the sides to prepare for arguments on charges on the next date of hearing.
In the meanwhile, accused Javid Mir alias Nalka against whom Court had issued arrest warrants surrendered today before the Court. The Court cancelled the warrants issued against him. Both the cases which were investigated by the CBI are pending for framing charges against the accused.JNF
