On the communication dated August 6, 2009 of the Minister concerned the supply to the ration dealer was stopped. Aggrieved by the decision, the petitioner Wali Mohammed, a ration dealer for Centre Dewal Mahore filed a petition in the High Court, which was disposed off by Justice Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain today.
