Jammu, Aug 25- Jammu Young Men’s Christian Association (a unit of Chandigarh-Shimla YMCA in a meeting held at Alexander memorial school, Jammu, chalked out the sixth monthly program. The meeting decided to hold “Bishop Aziz William Memorial Rolling Trophy” at Jodhamal Public School, Chani Himmat, Jammu on September, 4 2009 followed by award giving ceremony on the next day to the Christian students of Jammu district who scored 1st division and distinction in plus two (+2) and higher classes.
The meeting also decided to organize 2-day fruit preservation training program for women on September 14 at All India Nutrition Department, Exhibition Ground, Jammu besides a medical check up camp at Qasim Nagar and Rajiv Nagar during October.
The meeting was attended by Rev. Sohan Lal, S.M. Gill, Esther Wiliam, Dolly Victor, Feastus Sotra, Lazar Kandayaray, Marshlaw Khokhar, Laxmi Jastolia and William Mattoo.
