Jammu, Aug 25: Chun-Mun Club, Ambala, a volunteer club has conducted Inter-School Quiz Competition at R.M. College of education Chowadhi, Sainik Colony, Jammu in which teams from A.S.N. Hr.Sec. School Channi Himmat, United Public Hr. Sec. School, Channi Himmat, Shanti Niketan Hr. Sec. School, Jeevan Nagar, Guru Gobind Singh, Hr. Sec. School Kunjwani and K.B. Public Hr. Sec School, Narwal By-Pass participated. As per a release the competition was organized by Ashok Sharma, divisional traffic manager railways, Jammu who is also the director of the club. Sandeep Mehta Dy. SP, Jammu was the chief guest on the occasion where as Rameshwar Mengi, Chairman RM charitable trust, Jammu presided over the function and P.K. Dhar, principal RM college of education was the judge and Sham Jandyal, was the guest of honour of the occasion. Three students from each school participated in the quiz competition. There were three rounds in the competition based on current affairs, general knowledge, politics, science and technology and day to day life concerns. Rameshwar Mengi, chairman of the college presented the vote of thanks and presented momento’s amongst the guest and winners.
