| Custodian General inspects evacuee property at different places in Jammu | | | SRINAGAR, JULY 17, - The Custodian General Mr. Kifayat Hussain Rizvi today visited different places at Jammu and inspected construction works at Meen Sarkar Samba, Wazarat road and Baba Jeevan Shah Jammu and issued on-the-spot instructions to the engineering wing to complete the works at the earliest. He said on completion the flats would be put to open auction and boost the income of the organization.
He also inspected evacuee property land at Nowaabad and Udhaywalla and EP land at Buran Jammu and Dokh-Jagir Akhnoor and issued instructions for proper maintenance and preservation. During his visit he said that no evacuee property land will be allowed to be encroached upon at any cost.
He revealed that complete transparency will be strictly maintained while making allotment of flats and other property. He also instructed the accompaning custodian officers and field staff to ensure that no transfer of house for shop takes place and asked them to make survey of land in their respective tehsils and explore the possibility for creation of more assets which will help to boost the income of the organization. |
