Implement 6th Pay Commission in ASCOMS: ARDA

All Resident Doctors Association (ARDA) of Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Sidhra, Jammu passed a resolution demanding the implementation of 6th Pay Commission in the Institution.
Dr Vikas Jamwal, General Secretary of the association ensured members that ARDA is ready to extend its full cooperation with the senior faculty and other staff members in terms of implementation of 6th Pay Commission. This is the right time to leave all differences and unite under one banner, to seek together the solutions for this genuine cause which is impossible to ignore, he further added.
Dr Sanjay K Bhat, the President, of the association said that keeping in view, the rocketing price hike of all basic necessary items which has become expensive many folds for last couple of years, it’s quite difficult for them to meet both ends, and demanded to reduce the present disparities in the salary structure of Resident Doctors and other Para-medical staff and urged the management to consider them also in any decision taken in coming days.
