| JKNPP signature campaign on CU enters 14th day | | Two lakh signatures collected so far | | Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 28- The signature campaign launched by the Jammu and Kashmir Panthers in support of establishment of Central University at Jammu is receiving overwhelming support from the people of the region and so far two lakh people have pinned their signatures. More than 5000 Jammuites put in their signatures on the 14th day of the campaign expressing solidarity with the Panthers Party movement to secure justice for the people of Jammu. Anita Thakur Incharge of the signature campaign said that nearly 1.50 lakh signatures have been collected in Jammu district alone while another 50,000 signatures have been collected in other districts like Kathua, Samba, Doda and Kishtwar. She said next week the roll sheets carrying signatures of Jammuites shall be submitted to the Prime Minister in Delhi. She expressed her gratitude of the general public for overwhelmingly supporting the signature campaign of the party.
