SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 29 – In the interest of administration, following transfers and postings has been hereby ordered with immediate effect:
1. Shri Farooq Ahmed, KAS on his repatriation from the post of Registrar, Moulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad has been posted as Special Secretary to Government, Revenue Department.
2. Shri M.S. Koka, KAS, awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department has been posted as Special Secretary to Government, Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department in his own pay and grade.
3. Shri Sat Paul, KAS, Administrator, Associated Hospitals, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Government, Housing and Urban Development Department against available vacancy.
4. Mrs. Dev Lata, KAS, Joint Director, Handicrafts, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Member, Services Selection Board against available vacancy.
5. Mrs. Zahida Parveen Khan, KAS, Joint Director (Development), Industries and Commerce Department, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Handicrafts, Jammu vice Mrs. Dev Lata.
6. Shri Abdul Majid Wani, KAS, attached with the office of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir has been posted as Registrar, J&K Special Tribunal against available vacancy.
7. Shri K.L. Khajuria, KAS, Project Officer, DRDA, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Rajouri against available vacancy.
8. Shri R.S. Kotwal, KAS, General Manager, DIC, Rajouri has been transferred and posted as Additional Registrar, Cooperatives, Jammu against available vacancy. The charge of the post of General Manager, DIC, Rajouri shall be held by Deputy Director, Employment, Rajouri in addition to his own duties till further orders.
9. Shri S.C. Sawhney, KAS, R.T.O., Jammu has been transferred and posted as Joint Director (Development), Industries and Commerce Department, Jammu vice Mrs. Zahida Parveen Khan.
10. Shri Bashir Ahmed Wani, KAS, under orders of transfer as Additional Secretary to Government, Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara against available vacancy.
11. Shri R.L. Vishin, KAS, Additional Secretary to Government, Rural Development Department has been transferred and posted as Joint Registrar, Cooperatives (Special), Jammu against available vacancy.
12. Dr. K.K. Kitchlu, KAS, Project Officer, Command Area Development, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department against available vacancy.
13. Shri Mohammad Javed Khan, KAS, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Rajouri shall hold additional charge of the post of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri till further orders.
14. Dr. Peerzada Ghulam Nabi, KAS, under orders of transfer as Joint Registrar (Banking & Finance), Cooperative Department has been posted as Joint Registrar, Cooperatives, Srinagar against available vacancy. Shri Jehangir Mir, KAS, Joint Registrar, Cooperatives (Admn) shall continue to hold the charge of the post of Joint Registrar (Banking & Finance) in addition to his own duties.
15. Shri Manzoor Ahmed Shah, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment has been posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Industries and Commerce Department against available vacancy.
16. Shri Mohammad Aslam Hamdani, KAS, Assistant Commissioner (Dev), Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Appeals), Srinagar. Shri Bashir Ahmed Bhat, KAS, under orders of transfer as Deputy Commissioner (Appeals), Commercial Taxes, Srinagar shall continue as Deputy Director, Social Welfare, Kashmir.
17. Shri Afroz Ahmed Mir, Assistant Legal Remembrancer, Law Department has been transferred and posted in his own pay and grade as Director, Defence labour Procurement relieving Shri Ali Mohammad Dar, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar of the additional charge of this post.
18. Ms. Dilshad Mubarki awaiting orders of adjustment in SIDCO has been posted as Deputy Director (Trainings), Directorate of Handicrafts, Srinagar in her own pay and grade against available vacancy.
19. Shri Mehmood Ahmed Shah, District Audit Officer, Cooperatives, Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner (Dev), Srinagar in his own pay and grade vice Shri Mohammad Aslam Hamdani.
It is further ordered that the arrangement at serial No.19 above has been made purely in the interest of administration and shall not confer any preferential right on him for promotion as and when the appointments to J&K Administrative Service (KAS) are made under rules. This arrangement has been also made without prejudice to the outcome of any writ petitions pending consideration before any competent courts. The officers at serial Nos. 17 & 18 shall retain lien in their parent departments/organization. |
