| Rotary club organizes various contests | | |

Akhnoor, Aug 29: Rotary Club Akhnoor organized a declamation competition on the topic global warming in MHDAV public school. Six students participated in the contest. Esha Langeh, Sagrika Saraf and Tanya Saraf were adjusted 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the contest.
On the same day club also organized painting and poster making contest on tree plantation and global warming in which Abhilaksh Mahajan, Saloni Sharma and Komal Sharma were adjudged 1st, 2nd and 3rd while Neha Jamwal, Pallavi Rajput and Versha Bhagat were adjusted 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively.
Club also did tree plantation in the school premises. All the functions were organized under the presidentship of Sachin Gupta principal of the school. MP Sharma thanked the club members and expect the similar co-operation in future also.
