| NCC cadets join tree plantation drive | | |

Jammu, Aug 29: NCC Cadet of 2 J&K Bn NCC (Boys) joins their hands with Army authorities Jammu cantt in tree plantation drive, cadets offer completing the plantation in their respective schools and colleges are now helping the other organizations like JMC and Army authorities as the institution are located in the army area it self.
As per a release, the cadets have planted the plants in the civil area also like Swarn Vihar Co-operative colony with the help of JMC. These cadets at this young age under stood the values of plants and how useful these are far human kind.
This plantation drive will continuous during this Monsoon season and the aims is to plant maximum tree and ensure 100% survivability of these trees which is most important than planting the trees. The plants in school and colleges shall be protected by those NCC cadets and shall be looked after by these cadets through out the year, the release added.
