Jammu, Aug 29- Showering His blessings on thousands of devotees through nectarine discourses on Srimad Bhagwat Geeta on the second day here today, Pujya Shiromani Sant Shree Asa Ram Ji Bapu said that despite having undergone so many births and deaths, we are still there. So we are constant, conscious, personified, eternal and deathless. Due to ignorance, we have come to accept the present body, its actions and behavior as real. God’s “Will” is that we should realize Him and get liberated. He wants us to transcend all miseries for ever and realize the ultimate worth of human birth by merging our “I” in His “I”. Pujya Bapu Ji asserted that only the personal ego causes miseries. One’s own stupidity, insistence, ignorance and non-initiation to the tutelage of Sadguru engender miseries and constant troubles.
Pujya Shree disclosed to the devotees that “Nothing can be equated to Lord Shri Hari in this mundane world no religion has an equation with divine love. But at the same time, there is no well wisher so great as “Guru” and no holy book as sacred and venerable as “Geeta”
Pujya Shree disclosed that the Geeta is the sum total of 108 Upanishads having 18 chapters and 700 Shlokas whereas Srimad Bhagwad Puran has 335 Chapters and 18000 Shlokas. It is the most reverential and sacred holy scripture and is the confluence of devotion, knowledge and action.
Eulogizing the Supreme Lord, Pujyashree added that He (the Lord) is omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient. He is all pervading. He dwells within every heart so why to seek Him here and there. Recite Hari Om Gunjan for at least 15 minutes daily in morning, noon and evening Sandhyas in order to stop the fluctuation and un-stability of mind and experience “Oneness” with the “Almighty” the next requisite to establish your mind in God is pure heart. Pure deeds shall gradually make the heart pure and power the heart, the calmer it becomes; the calmer the heart, the nearer is it to the peace personified God. What is required on priority is an intense yearning and the rest of the job is done by God Himself, asserted Pujya Bapu Ji. He disclosed that false allegations were leveled against Kabir as well. People blamed Guru Nanak Ki also. Why should you worry of the same is done to you? The indweller Lord knows everything.
Saints like Guru Nanak Ji, Kabir Ji, Tuka Ram ji, Narsimha Mehta Ji who had attained kingdom of equanimity didn’t get perturbed at all on being slandered by the people. They kept their cool intact and acted this way:
“An ideal saint does not inflict pains on himself or others. He lives in the garden of the world but never plucks the leaves or flowers thereof”.
Pujyashree added that for self-realized saints this world is a fun. Your happiness lies in your hands. If you face criticism without having committed any condemnable act, then why should you bother at all? If you do well and get appreciation, pass it to Him who inspired you to do well. This is Sansara and has been rightly described in these words.
“Sweat your brows or have a sound sleep. The boat of life will sail on whether you laugh or weep”.
Regarding the spread of Swine flu Bapuji added that people should not get scared and panicky of this disease and said that by grinding 2½ black peepers with branches and leaves of Neem tree and giving this mixture to the sufferer one gets complete relief.
Highlighting eradication of chronic diseases through yogic technique, Bapu Ji stressed on allowing the rays or rising sun pass through the naval region or the affected part of the body empty stomach. But be careful that the health mantra is being recited while you are doing this pranayam.
