Jammu, Aug 30: A meeting of district, block level workers was held under the leadership of Provincial President Rattan Lal Gupta to finalize the list of programes to be held on 8th September on the 27th death anniversary of the former chief minister and National Conference leaders Sheikh Mohmmad Abdullah. The function will start with Quran Khani early in the morning at Sher-i-Kashmir Bhavan which will follow by the distribution eatables in old age home at Amphalla and Mother Terresa Centre at Janipur.
Later, programme of paying tributes to Sheikh will start at party headquarters from 10 AM onwards. Sheikh Bashir, Kashmir Singh, Mohinder Gupta, Rajesh Bakshi, Laxmi Dutta, Ram Saroop Sharma, S. S Bunty, S. S Jamwal, S. N Manyal, Sham Mehra, Dishad Malik, SaroojGupta, Ravi Dogra, Vijay Lochan, Pardeep Bali, Chander Mohan Sharma, Rajesh Bittu, Ab. Gani Teli, Mohd. Shafi, Amit Sharma, Rashpal Singh, Ashwani Charak, Sucha Singh, Satya Jamwal, Manveer Kour, Joginder Kour, Lalita Sharma and other leaders were also present onthe occasion.
