SRINAGAR, AUGST 31 – The government has constituted an inquiry commission headed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Katra to probe the death of one Billu Gupta, a resident of Ludhiana, who had died under mysterious at the Katra police station some days ago
This was stated by the Minister for Rural Development, Panchayats, Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Mr. Ali Mohammad Sagar in response to the point of information given by Mr. Baldev Raj Sharma in the House today.
