| BJP objects to Mufti’s statement on CBI | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 31- Commenting on the recent statement of former Union Home Minister Mufti Mohammed Sayeed terming CBI as most corrupt agency, BJP State Spokesperson Ramesh Arora said that this statement amounts to contempt of Indian Constitution and public of J&K and rest of the country as no one can expect such type of statement from a person who remained as Union Minister. Why Mufti remained silent when he was Union Home Minister having full control over the said agency, Arora questioned?
Arora said that we cannot forget the black day of the history when dreaded terrorist were released in order to get her daughter Dr. Rubia Sayeed freed from the clutches of terrorists. ‘We are of the opinion that it was a planned drama / conspiracy hatched between Mufti Mohammed Sayeed and militants. Now it is open secret that PDP and its leaders always talk of militants and are not only sympathizer but supporters of militants and militancy’, Arora added.
