| Panjbakhtar Temple land scam | | Challan presented against Mahant, property dealer | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 31- In a much publicized alleged grabbing of Panjbakhtar Shivalaya land police presented challan against Luv Kush Panday alias Prabu da Nand and Ashok Yogi u/s 406/34/420/511 RPC here today.
On a complaint filed by Rameshwar Sharma against allegedly grabbing land of Panjbakhtar Shivalaya measuring 19 Kanal 18 marlas and 17 marla situated in the heart of the city, the police started investigation. During the investigation it was noticed that Prabu Da Nand in connivance with Ashok Kumar resident of Rajpura Shakti Nagar Jammu, a property dealer, and some officials of Revenue Department Mahant succeeded to transfer the land in his own name and thereafter gave power of attorney to Ashok Jogi (PDP leader) a property dealer. After completion of investigation, challan was presented in the Court of CJM Jammu today against Kush Panday alias Prabu da Nand and Ashok Jogi. JNF
